Jacquelyn B. Williams

Jacquelyn B. Williams was initiated into our illustrious Sorority in the spring of 1963 at Kansas State College of Pittsburg, Kansas. Throughout her lifetime, she maintained membership in many chapters and became an active member of the Tokyo Alumnae Chapter in 2001. During her membership in our Chapter, she served as Chaplain. She lived her life as an educator/director in public, private and post secondary academia for 30 years. She was a licensed minister and missionary in Africa. During Jackie's last days, she was employed as the Director of the Ikego Child Development Center in Yokosuka, Japan. It is for her beauty of spirit, dedication to high values, loyalty to the Sorority and service to others for which this scholarship is named in her honor.
